Fill out the intake form to get connected to a doctor.
Please note our service is HIPAA compliant and all
personal information is completely confidential between
you and your doctor. You will not be charged if the
doctor believes you do not qualify for a medical
prescription.

Talk to a doctor
The next step is to have your doctor visit using any
connected device from the comfort of your home. Our
doctors will work with you to create a treatment plan
and provide you with all the documentation necessary to
get your medical prescription in the state of Texas.

Register with Texas
Once you have been qualified by one of our doctors,
they will register you with the Compassionate Use
Registry of Texas (CURT). You will not need a physical
prescription. Unlike other states, Texas does use
medical cards. The $200 fee is for your initial
prescription. You will not be charged if the doctor does
not believe you qualify.

1 How old do I have to be to apply for a Medical Card in Texas?
You must be at least 18 years of age in order to apply for a Medical Card in Texas. Caregivers must be 21 years of age.

Patients are currently not allowed to grow.

You can only purchase a supply for up to 30 days. This amount is determined by the physician or pharmacist.

The plastic card will arrive in the mail within 2 weeks.
